I have these Square Knot Clips laser cut from .08” thick 5052 aluminum, and then I hand bend and polish them and send them to you packaged in a black satin drawstring pouch. The finished tie clip is 2-1/2” wide. These tie clips are made to snugly fit a normal thickness tie and shirt.
