I have these tie clips precision cut from .08” thick 5052 aluminum. Then I hand bend and polish it, and send it to you packaged in a black satin drawstring pouch. While these tie clips are made to snugly fit a medium thickness tie and shirt, they are slightly adjustable by hand bending them more or less to fit a particular tie.
